Coco's needed a way to be competitive in a crowded field: the fast casual dining experience. Competitors essentially present very similar value and offerings, so unique methods need to be employed to get customers in the door and in the seats. That's where disruptive, standout humor comes in. In this world of two-fers and BOGO's, we needed to be memorable- and we delivered the chuckles in spades.
