Nothing is more satisfying than hearing that your creative is making a meaningful difference on a client's bottom line. That's the case with Avis. Their CEO personally reached out to express how happy they were with the work we'd been implementing. We'd been tasked with expanding their photography library, updating the look and feel for a more modern, lifestyle driven approach- enabling us to better connect with the Avis customer through very frequently deployed strategic emails. The result? We were able to communicate with stories and tone that resonated more profoundly thban ever- Avis saw this reflected directly in their quarterly reports. Now those are some meaningful metrics.
